License for Duplication and Distribution of Intellectual Property

Notice: Purchasing this license agreement constitutes purchaser’s legal signature of agreement to terms of this license.

This license grants permission to one purchaser for duplication in print or electronic format and distribution within a single classroom of no more than twenty students for a single class instructor for a single academic year. For each five students, or any part thereof, beyond the twenty allowed in this license, purchaser must also purchase the extended license for $25.00. Each agreement expires exactly one year from the date of its purchase.

The agreement includes one digital copy of Grammar the Write Way: Application and answer key by co-authors Ruth Ann Frederick, Kristy Massie, and Diana Thomas.

Damage Clause: Duplication of Grammar the Write Way: Application without purchase of license is strictly prohibited. Seller may impose a fine of $500 for violators who distribute the text without a license.
